At Transform to Bliss, we offer practices to bring you back to your center—your born state of ‘Bliss,’ Ananda.

With Maaike,  you step into a space where movement meets joy! This 90-minute guided dance session blends Afro-inspired rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, hip-shaking fun, mindful movement and breathing. It’s a full-body workout that releases stress and reconnects you with your inner fire; leaving you feeling radiant from the inside out.

Meet Maaike

Maaike is a passionate facilitator of breathwork, dance, movement and mindset work, creating spaces for self-expression, energy release, deep transformation and connection.

With a background in NLP coaching, Transformational Breathwork, and Zumba, she guides others to reconnect with their bodies, shake off stress, and awaken vitality.

Her offerings include dynamic dance sessions, mindful movement, breathwork journeys and mindset coaching—inviting others to move, feel, and express themselves freely, and to rewrite how they experience reality. She believes movement is medicine, a pathway to joy, self-trust, and aliveness.
